How does anyone get hold of this cowboy outfit in the USA email? phone? office address?
These are a joke and took £120.00 form my bank account in the UK.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the billing practices I've experienced with Grammarly service.
For the past nine months, I have been consistently charged without any prior warning or receipt of bills or emails (I only found them on my account which I did not visited since April/May - please control it). Initially, I believed I had a one-month subscription, as I only intended to use Grammarly 2-3 times in total. Discovering that I've been billed monthly for almost a year has left me feeling misled and disappointed.

I understand the importance of transparent and ethical business practices, and this situation has eroded my trust in this company.

The so-called new AI functions in Grammarly don't work if you can find them; with the new AI software, don't waste your money. Total waste of time.

Their product is good. But their service is the complete opposite. They won't let you download your invoice from your account. Instead, you need to go through a tedious process to ask for an invoice. In addition to this, they are eager to get you on board, but once you've paid it's tough to get back in touch with them.

I want to give zero stars. Grammarly cost me $144.00 but when I try to log in it never works. There is NO customer support. I have requested a refund. Doubt I will get one. Run, do not walk, away from this service!

I paid a full subscription.
£124.00, the app would not work and would not allow the Al Grammarly to work as in rephrase. The improve text button would not pop up, and I was not getting the service I paid for! They did not have a contact number, just a useless, horrendous automatic robot. When you get a ticket to talk to someone, they don't seem to read or listen and keep ignoring your issue.
No refund!!
No answers!
Awful service.

Poor customer services, they charged me 144 USD suddenly without any acknowledgment or email or agreement. When I sent email asking for paid back and cancel subscription to them, their service and reply are the worst I ever met. Really crooks!

When it was working, it was fine. HOWEVER, when I had an issue that could have been solved in 3 minutes by someone knowledgeable about their system, I was informed that they had no such service. Instead, on my part I've spent 5+ hours of my time and months of frustration and several hours of Grammarly service workers' time that just added to the frustration. I received some specific guidance from Grammarly that did not help--usually made the problem worse, and some general guidance--"Look up the problem on our site," which provided me with 200+ different potential files to review. This would have required me to become an expert in their product--not what I signed up for.

I have finally got over my misuse of capitals thanks to Grammarly. I thought I did not need them but do now. One problem is they are bloody Yanks and just now tried to make me say gotten not got.

Very good help I got a refund but doesn't work on google docs anymore

In the adverts it says it helps student to learn and things but it doesn't have anything it says it has in the adverts unless you pay for it. Is this a scam or not?????

Grammarly is an app that has helped me improve my writing skills by leaps and bounds. I have used the app for over a year, which has helped me with my grammar. The app ensures that all my grammar is correct, making writing much more effective.

Grammarly plagiarism detector needs more improvement. The app can detect 99% plagiarism, but it can be improved to detect more

Grammarly has helped me perfecting my English, making my outreach to people more effective and smooth.

I have never had a business like this try to get rich by ripping off people. They have no real person customer service. They charged me 144 dollars three times then claimed they couldn't find my account. They then grudgingly refunded 144.00 leaving me with 288 dollars for one account that doesn't even have all the premium features. I tried my best to communicate with them. Its only some Asian person with a note pad they connect you with. She doesn't even have account information to help. Its a round robin then a stupid email, were you satisfied? Wow what they do is corporate greed at its worst and they should get SUED.

I have found Grammarly so beneficial for my studies. I had not attempted any academic study for many years. Last year I signed up for a University course and decided to invest in Grammarly as I was not very confident in my skills.
Grammarly made such a huge difference and 5 stars just for that is so worthy.
Just this past week, my subscription was renewed, (it was my mistake as there are options to not renew your subscription). I am not studying at the moment and funds are a little low at preset, so I contacted Grammarly and I was refunded with no fuss.
I will be renewing my subscription in September when I start a full-time college course.
I just can not sing the praises of Grammarly and its staff enough. Thank you.

STUPIIIDDD APP I SWEAR. VERY ANNOYING SUGGESTIONS. AND SO SLOW.

Worst company ever. Got charged on a dormant account. Their software was installed on zero devices. Won't honour 14 days cooling off period even when not even a second of their software was used. Cancelled 10 minutes after being charged and they just take your money and ignore all messages.

I am a customer support and I need to contact my customer a lot through emails and our social channels. Grammarly helps me improve my writing and make it look more professional. However, sometimes the system is not correct and makes me confused sometimes. But overall, it is a nice platform to use for basic spelling, grammar check.

Great for schoolwork and emails. Never had any troubles using the program or unsubscribing premium.
