If you're looking to buy a mobility scooter, I would highly recommend that you speak to Grajmax who couldn't have been more patient and helpful for us. It was a pleasure to meet Gracjan when he delivered my Dad's new mobility scooter (An 8 hr round trip for him !) Lots of very helpful information and advice - Dad loves his new scooter - Definitely 5 stars from us.

Just sold my late father in laws scooter to grammar. An acceptable offer was made after seeing photographs on line. Deposit paid immediately and balance paid upon collection. Grajan appeared very knowledgeable and would recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a mobility scooter. A pleasant and rapid experience

From first coming across Grajmax when googled for Scooters at reasonable prices. I have been very impressed by their attention to detail. Everything about this company is as it says on the Tin.

When it cane to narrowing the scooters down to two. We were given excellent advice on why the more expensive one wouldn’t meet my Grandmas requirements. So they didn’t just sell a more expensive product.

The scooter they brought was exactly like the photos. It was in fantastic condition. My Grandma has loved her new found independence to go further on a longer distance scooter.

When I dealt with the company in person they were very professional and again their actions matched their words.

Purchased a scooter from them was sold as ex display with only 4 miles on clock used it over Xmas 2023 only to find that the battery's didn't seem to hold their charge with it loosing life with in a few minutes, so took it into a registered authorized dealer and found batteries were not fit for use and had been mis matched so now faced with bill of 850 pounds to get scooter up and running properly.
The batteries which were in scooter failed the M.O.T ,I HAVE THE INVOICE FROM PLACE THAT TESTED ,
RESPONSE OF SELLER WAS ITS MANUFACTURER GARUNTEE BUT THE LAW CLEARLY STATES IT IS THE SELLER THAT IS RESPONSIBLE AS THIS WAS A TRADE ACCOUNT, AND IF SELLER LOOKS UNDER THR SALE OF GOODS ACT

I needed an all terrain, reliable mobility scooter for my garden. G had a wide range of scooters for sale plus the knowledge to advise me impartially. I paid for delivery and 'Rosie' arrived promptly. The scooter was immaculate and I've used it without incident since May,2023.

Got my all terrain scooter to walk my new pup. At a top speed of 8mph she still dragging us along. Handles the Calderdale roads/pavement with ease (cobbles, poorly maintained paths/roads).
Customer service excellent. Delivered and tested before final purchase and reassured that I could contact them if the were any other questions/help they could give. Very happy.

I bought a scooter from them with no invoice just a text was not happy with the transaction and tried to cancel had a job doing it docked me 100 pounds and refunded me the 3rd day saying I did not follow the terms and conditions bad people to do business with seems by providing no paperwork can avoid tax
