Personal training

Graham is a very professional and highly knowledgeable personal trainer.

I contacted him because I wanted to train outdoors and to get fit.

He’s developed a challenging and enjoyable schedule which has got me active again.

I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get fit while enjoying the outdoors.

Graham is a great guy

Graham is a great guy! Why?

A. He's easy to communicate with, reliable and prepared to be flexible with you over the approaches he uses to help get you fit. In my experience all these things are rare in Personal Fitness Coaches who can be full of bombast in my experience

B. He's an expert in boxercise. As far as I'm concerned he is and he makes that aspect of our session really fun.

In short I greatly enjoy my weekly sessions. His quiet determined dedication to the cause is a refreshing change in the sea of huge egos out there. Highly recommended!
