Excellent easy website to use & helpful customer service
Excellent customer service, paint products arrived safely and promptly on day and time as email suggested and was tracked online. I've used graffiti gallery 3 or 4 times now, and always been very happy with online service, ease of selection on website, and delivery.

Hi Simon, sorry for your frustration. We aim to deliver fast and efficiently with every order. I have checked the order you are reviewing #2174 and we can see that this order was placed on the 2/5/24 which was a Thursday @ 17:45pm.The cut off every day is 14:00pm so this order actually counts as a Friday order and was packed early Friday morning and collected by DHL on Friday for next working day delivery. The item arrived on time on the Tuesday due to the Monday being a Bank Holiday(not working day). There was no extra fee taken for this delivery and it was in fact a free delivery because the spend was over £70. We are extremely disappointed that you have had such a bad experience ordering with us but at the same time, slightly baffled to understand where the issue is that awards us 1*

good shop and service but another reminder that writers are being screwed
regular emails keeping me informed,got everything i asked for exept 1 tin will def use again .tins like black are a bit expensive considering how much it cost to do a peice aout a £100 wich may last a week if your lucky which makes it a mildle / upper class job as it is a job and not a hobby coz its hard work, bombing is a hobby pure fun so were paying a fortune to workand paint the cityy with hi class art as no one can deny its the most popular art form in the world somewhere along the way we got screwed something needs to be done about it ,but i dygress its a good service you have
