Absolutely terrible delivery service, don't receive the package from a order 25th November so upset as it's medical.. Shame on them.....

Do not believe the 5* reviews. They are fake.

You'll be lucky if you get sent anything at all. They'll just steal your money and ignore you after that.

The address for the company is a residential address is Brighton! If your lucky you'll get emails back in the early hours of the morning written in pigeon English, looks like they come from China or India as no one is replying to emails from Brighton at 3am They'll just make up some lies about delays or the item has already been dispatched give fake tracking numbers.

I lost £100's, don't fall for this scam.

The original Graded Green company closed down a few years ago according to records. It looks like these scammers have taken over

16 days and NOTHING! **But I've used this company twice before and both orders have turned up relatively quick .. Placed my 3rd order on the 20th of November after a few months of not using em and after 16 days NOTHING has arrived ! I emailed them thinking maybe I screwed up with the email adress but just emailed em again and it was the exact same adress so nothing back from them and it's been 16 days !!!

No delivery , no communication . Just an outright Sam of a genuine medicinal user

I placed order 15/10/24 not received items no reply to emails sent have had to contact my credit card company to try and get a refund avoid this company quick to take money customer service non existent

I placed an order 22nd November and it never arrived, customer service isn't available, the email support doesn't work and the WhatsApp number is undelivered.

Same as everyone else - No delivary and no response to emails etc - they seem to have disappeared - still waiting on an order from 31st October.
Cmon you dodgy feckers - give people what you owe them

It has been 2 weeks since I placed my latest order. I am still waiting for it.
I have tried messaging from WhatsApp. No reply. I have tried using the message panel on the website and replying to emails from Graded Green. Emails cannot be delivered. What am I to do now?

Edit: 6 weeks I have been waiting now. No one answers on the WhatsApp number on the website.

Order received after 7 days. There’s no customer service, I suppose you just have to wait. They might be getting orders then buying the stock

I used this company 26 times and I always buy oze's
This time they not even dispatched my order and I received no respond to my emails.Now Gmail returning my emails as undelivered.

Scam.
Like others I have used this company for ages and spent a decent amount of money with them.
They seem to have been taken over by crooks.
My last order from Oct (yes, Kush Crasher, surprise surprise) has not been sent.
Emails bounce
No answer from customer services.... etc etc. same as all other recent reviews.
Today I got an email saying 'it's been a while since you last purchased something from us and we just wanted to let you know that we've got new products in stock today!' and offering 20% off!
This company need to be stopped. They are crooks, swindlers and scammers.

i've spent near 800 pounds with them over last 3 years and delivery was generally ok
i see a report they had closed but recieved an email telling me they now had it in stock for purchase
scam,avoid if you value your money

Placed an order on the 14th, recieved notification of my order being accepted, then absolutely no contact for 5 days, I sent 2 emails over 2 days saying that I've had no notification that my order has even been shipped, I then recieved notification of shipping that afternoon, no apology, no explanation, nothing. I will not be ordering from them again, I recommend you avoid them.

Update 20/11/24: I finally recieved my order today but only half of my order. I've sent numerous emails but have not gotten a single response.

Placed a order on the 31st October 2024 recieved a email saying thank u for your order then absolutely nothing. Sent 1 email to support team, bounced email came back. Then found another email address sent 2 further emails with no reply. Scam company took my money & bounced like there support emails. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

All of a sudden, it's radio silence from Graded Green their Web Chat has dissapeared, and despite many attempts to contact then via WhatsApp, the online contact form, and email, I cannot get an update on an order from 31/11/2024 that still hasn't been dispatched. Emails to their support email address get bounced as undeliverable. Their site is still taking orders, though!

My past experiences with them have been great amd I always found their products of good quality, and any queries where quickly dealt with. However, like others here I am now fearing thae worst and that I have lost over £100.

Paid for next day delivery ,haven't received an item ,no response from customer services .... Looks like scam . Don't bother

My last two orders have been dispatched late despite ordering before the 2:30pm cut off point. No communication was received to explain why or when I could expect it.

I paid for next day delivery, both orders have taken longer than 24hrs. My latest order took 72hrs to arrive

When I complained about the first late order, I was offered my next order free as compensation. No instruction was given as to how to redeem the free order. I messaged several times but got no reply so gave up and accepted it was an empty gesture.

There is no way to contact them. WhatsApp messages are no longer being read and if you email the Support service, it is either bounced back or ignored.

Graded Green, if you’re reading this, the orders to which I’m referring are 32184W (23/08/24) and 33075W (01/11/24). You seriously need to review your customer service and customer support
systems.

Ordered on the 30th October, even received email confirming it was sent via Royal Mail, check tracker number and Royal Mail never received item, so I effectively they never sent it, no communication and support emails return as undelivered. Been using GG for a while now and always been fine but this is terrible service. They also don’t respond on WhatsApp. Don’t buy from this company! My order is 33062W.
