GradBay offers a helpful platform and support for job hunting. While the process was smooth, technical glitches like login issues and calendar scheduling made navigation tricky at times. Communication and assistance from staff were great, but some job descriptions didn't fully match reality, e., promised equipment wasn't provided. Overall, decent service with room for improvement.
