Tried ordering a pair of boots but when…

Tried ordering a pair of boots but when we I got to the payment page, got an error message. So I figured I didn't order anything. Lo and behold my account was charged for the transaction but never got a confirming email or the product! DO NOT have anything to do with this company. Even after contacting customer service, nothing. They show no transaction, duh...it never happened but they took my money and won't refund me!! POS company!

Disappointed is an understatement

I ordered 3 pairs of ankle boots in December 2020. I received 2 pairs pretty quick. It is now February 2021 and, despite several chases via email without any response, I still haven't received the 3rd pair.
Although the ankle boots that arrived are very pretty, they are expensive for what they are. Especially when they never arrive...

Really poor customer service

I ordered some black snow boots in size 38. Red boots arrived a week later in size 39. I e-mailed with photos and they said they would speak to a manager. After many emails from me with no response I contacted Paypal. Gracosy then offered me a 50% refund and suggested I sell the boots on. I declined this and again they stopped responding. I have now escalated the case on Paypal. Appalling customer service.
