Wrong size sent and missing an item.
They took ages to ship the items, it was only when I wrote to them that they sent it.
It arrived quickly afterwards, however, it was the wrong size and was missing an item.
When I reached out to state my issue they just gave me a discount code and told me to buy it again.
Truly a scam and a company I would not use again.

Wrong article, no solution, fraude
On 13 June, I ordered a long sleeve tee and trousers for a total of 55.97 USD.
After multiple reminders, I finally received a package on 17 July, but the trousers inside were completely incorrect.
Since then, I have exchanged nine emails requesting either the correct order or a full refund. To this day, I have received neither.
This situation now clearly meets the criteria of non-delivery of goods as advertised and misrepresentation, which is considered fraud under consumer protection rules.
