Horrific experience- scam website. Beware. Awful quality and cons consumers out of money. Heavily discourage anyone from ordering from here.

Material was cheap, colors and print was different than photos, I paid 49.00 each for 2 blouses that looked like art, what I received looks like clown clothes, So cheap.When asking for return forms to return, getting extra long wait times, so it'll time out.

I ordered twohirts and were enormous in size, I tried to return them and I kept getting the run around! I had to contact my credit card come and report fraud! Don’t buy from them you will be sorry! I gave them a 1, because I could rate them at zero!

Advertised product is cheap and missized. When we asked for a refund we received the following from Dia at Grace & James:
"After reviewing your order and the photos provided, we confirm that the item delivered matches the size selected at checkout. Because the correct item and size were shipped as ordered, the purchase remains fulfilled."

Placed an order and received however the process was not quick. The size was not true to form as what I ordered was too small. Quality not good. After several messages to them with no response I did finally hear back weeks later. They indicated that I need to send back the item on my dime to China. I have yet to investigate how much it will cost to return this back to them in China. Also noted there were many stipulations for the return. It was never disclosed or noted in advertising that this item is coming from China or if necessary will be returned to China. I will never purchased anything from them again. Hopefully people read reviews.

When you order, they do not tell you that the sweaters come from China (& delivery takes at least a month) and when you receive a terrible, polyester sweater and request a RMA - they ask you to send it back to China on your dime (after a 2 week back and forth).
This is a SCAM.

I bought a pair of shoes and they are surprisingly comfortable. They match well with both casual and semi- formal outfits.

The jeans fit better than I expected. They look modern and are comfortable enough to wear all day.

The sweater is soft and keeps me warm , its easy to wear all day. I have already worn it multiple times

The jacket I ordered looks stylish and feels durable as well. It is useful for casual outings and cooler weather as well

I really like the overall quality of the clothing. The fabric is comfortable and fit is flattering, especially for everyday wear

The items ordered didn't even look close to advertised items. When I emailed to ask to return the items I got notice that my email was blocked.
