The guys that moved the house for us were very polite and worked hard.
I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to move house.

Moving cities is already such a stressful experience, but Grace and the team made it feel so easy. Even though it was a busy Christmas period and the Mackay team was short-staffed, they never once made me feel like my concerns weren’t important — everything was always followed up and handled so professionally.
The pickup was simple and stress-free. The team arrived right on time and loaded all my furniture quickly and carefully, taking extra care with fragile items. Everything arrived at the destination within a week, exactly on the date that was arranged, which made such a big difference during a hectic move.
The whole process was smooth, efficient, and really well organised. All my boxes and furniture arrived safely with nothing damaged, which honestly gave me so much peace of mind. I’m really grateful for how supportive, reliable, and easy the whole experience was.

Amazing service- both guys were super friendly, trust worthy and very careful of all our belongings.

Do not use grace!!!! Ever the worst company ever!!!!!!!
I paid just under $8k for grace to take my fridge, 3 seater couch, king size custom made bed frame not even 2 years old and mattress with fridge and one box! Extreme pricing is one the fact they lost the support bar for my bed and knew instantly they’d never get it!! They then made me sleep on the floor for 3 months with zero compensation and knowing it had taken 3 months for a custom bed frame part to be fixed to my bed! I asked for compensation for the 3 months they made me sleep on the floor with back conditions getting worse day by day and no response was received and I only got a response when I said I’m taking legal action! Do not use grace ever!!!!! They overcharge, will make you sleep on the floor for 3 months before they try and fix and if even paid for insurance just in case and still 3 months!!! I had a brand new fridge not even 3 years old and have massive debts in it and the frame came covered in marks and dents that were not original there! Not to mention the damn people couldn’t even speak or understand English!!!! I repeat do not ever use grace removals!!! From Mackay to Adelaide for this price for this small amount and then to make me suffer with further back issue while I waited 3 months for them to get someone to fix it

The removal was prompt, the movers were respectful and they worked hard. I will use Grace again

Great service, accommodating and very helpful. Disassembled and reassembled furniture. Even helped move boxes to designated room after they were off loaded. Very quick and professional. Worth the money I recommend.

The 2 guys jack and Colin went above and beyond, their day started off pretty bad with others not turning up to work so they had a lot more jobs to pick up on their own and didn’t get to my place until 2pm. It was originally scheduled for 9am and they didn’t get to leave untill after 6:30!
Not once did they complain or act annoyed, being such a long day. They were so eager to help!
They moved other pieces of our furniture so we could fit the stuff off the truck - which they didn’t have to!
They were just so helpful and kind, i couldn’t praise them enough! They definitely deserve something extra for their efforts 100%!

Also shout out to Dan (I think that was his name) for organising everything, Rocky didn’t inform Mackay that our stuff was coming so the whole move was delayed, Dan was so apologetic and did his best to make it happen even though it wasn’t their fault.

I wish more people had this level of service these days.

Move went flawlessly.
Koda and Colin were both extremely efficient. They were careful with my belongings and the move went ahead without a hitch.

I can highly recommend Grace Removals. Very professional staff, from the Manager to the Removalists. Very pleasant office staff, happy to answer questions. Very fast service, the quote was through in an extremely timely fashion. They quoted to an address in Brisbane & then also quoted for storage & delivery from Storage in case I didn’t have a house. Easy to book the day & time needed. The removalists arrived on time. Excellent communication at every stage. I would definitely book Grace when I need to move again
