Shocking customer service. Absolutely no attempt to resolve a situation. Apparently under 30 days is an extremely long period of time. Accidentally missed the date of the voucher due to health issues. Was informed they do not wish to hear about my issues and would not give me any helpful information about my money. Just kept repeating the same thing over and over.
