Grabie products are good quality, unique, colorful, and easy to use for all your paper production needs. The packaging is complete and easy for you to find when placed in storage containers. It is a fun product to use. I have been using Grabie all year.

Grabie always has great quality products and an amazing selection in their scrapbook box. Shipping can take a while, which gets frustrating, but the products are worth it.

They listen and offer help when you have a mail strike!

They have everything I need to create beautiful whimsical cards and have a great selection to choose from. Also have different markers and pens to create a wonderful finish on my cards.

I have yet to be disappointed with any product I've purchased from Grabie. Last year I'd purchased their Advent Calendar, then joined the scrapbook club membership. Everything received has been of great quality, and always gorgeous. So much so, that I ordered the Advent Calendar again this year, and will continue with the monthly membership. Kudos to Grabie!

I love my craft boxes so many cute things all the different ephemera and papers cute stamps and journals, I think it’s a great value, I’m never disappointed 🌹

If I could provide 0 stars, I would. I placed the order on October 23, 2024 and the order literally sat in “Los Angeles” for almost a month, with updates provided every few days and sometimes just minutes apart — but the order never left LA. They make it look like the order is “progressing,” but it’s still sitting there. Inquiries with customer service has them throwing the “shipping provider” under the bus and offering me a 10% discount on my next order.

Why would I care to order again after this experience. Save your money and go to your local craft supply store for your orders. Grabie is NOT worth the money.

Although it takes time to get here in shipping, It was worth the wait. Love all the little papers and stickers. Packaged like a little gift and a great presentation opening for the first time as well as every time. So many little things that surprise you each time you go back into the box for inspiration!

I’ve been fighting with this company for a month to return a box of defective markers. I have asked them repeatedly -over and over and over -to just return the markers that do not work! They keep coming back with “why don’t you take the top off the marker and wash it off?”. Why am I going to try to fix these? And get glitter all over my hands? For $15 product they are making my life hell.

May they get the kind of life they deserve. I encourage everybody to file a complaint with your state Attorney General, as well as the Better Business Bureau against this horrific company. This is a horrible disgusting despicable company that needs to be shut down NOW!!!!

Horrible Customer service, the opposite of honest, this Company should be shut down and send back to China.

I have been working on a mushroom forests journal. These stickers are amazing.

I ordered the miniature brushes with the wooden handles. I have MS and have a very hard time holding brushes, even with grips, so my painting has been very limited. Well not anymore! I have a comfortable and confident grip that allows me to paint as long as I want. So happy I found these on Gabie. A pleasure to do business with.

Too many stickers. Don't get me wrong, I do like the stickers there were too many of them this month. I would like to see other than stickers and papers. How about stamps, ribbons, fabric scraps, ink pads, metallic pens, die cuts. Acessories to use for scrapbooking.

Ordered scrapbook box on 3/25/24. No shipping email but they took money and it’s been over 2 weeks. No response to my request for info . My first and last time ordering sadly and I had high hopes—

Update 4/15/2024– never got shipping tracking notice however I got the April box today . The box itself is fantastic well worth it but customer service and email responses leave a lot to be desired. Plus NEVER got any tracking or shipping notice and it definitely did not ship in the timeframe I had been lead to believe based on order confirmation email . They never responded to numerous emails or posts thru their Facebook page which was also frustrating . A 800 number would go along way to help users.
