Amazing service!!! The grocery stores are out of a lot of products as we all know. I ordered a large amount of items and some items couldn't be found. Today, not only did they contact me to see if I wanted the rest of the stuff shopped, the shopper went to a different store and was able to do my entire order. You have a repeat customer. Thank you.

Better than Instacart. Nothing like supporting a Black Owned Business! Placed my order before business hours, was contacted shortly after opening, even asked if I needed to add anything to my order before the shopper started (which is great because I’m constantly forgetting something), shopper kept me up to date, & order was delivered on time!

I heard about GrabbaCart on social media. The story behind this company is impeccable. Well I placed an order and same day, it was delivered... still cold, fresh, and the service was professional and friendly!! Prices are great and selection is plentiful!!! I’ll definitely be ordering again in the near future!!!

I was asking questions of the owner this morning on Messenger and he was very professional.

I decided to give them a chance.

It was perfect and flawless....

I'll definitely use them again. The minimum is $35 and you don't have to subscribe like Shipt.

I didn't have to sit around all day waiting and hoping that I didn't pay to get nothing.

Also, the owner delivered my order himself which was a nice touch because he didn't have to.

Placed my order after closing. I immediately received a call from the owner informing me that my order will be taken care of as soon as they opened in the am. He kept his word. My groceries were delivered as promised and with care. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Free delivery on orders over $35.

Today is my day off and I refused to go anywhere. I clicked onto Grabbacart and did my shopping and within an hour my items were here. I didn't have to go anywhere and I'm completely satisfied with the service.

Ok so I came across this post this morning and figured I’d give it a try. I had originally accessed the site thru one of the links above and had to grab my card and couldn’t find my cart 🤦🏽‍♀️. Grabba cart contacted me immediately! I explained the situation and invoice was sent over. Once I paid I was advised groceries would be here between 2-230, yalllll it’s not even 1 and my groceries are here!!! Excellent customer service and I will be contacting Shipt to cancel my subscription! I’m going GRABBACART from here going forward!! 🥳🥳🥳

My first time using this service and it’s great not having to go out during this time for groceries with my kids. Once I placed the order, I received a 2 hour window for when it will be delivered on the SAME DAY! It’s rare you can get same day delivery with other delivery companies. I did have a small mishap with the delivery, but the the Support team handled the situation promptly and professionally. I’ll definitely be using this service more often for grocery delivery.

Great Service & Excellent Communication!! My order was delivered on-time and I was in constant communication with my shopper--who provided instant feedback on any unavailable items & even provided pictures of available substitutions. The owner even personally followed up to verify that my order was delivered to my satisfaction. I definitely can't wait to use them again!!

I use lots of online delivery apps bc I hate going to the store myself. Grabbacart is new and their website isn't as advanced as some of the others, but their customer service was unmatched. I look forward to using them again.

I was hesitant because I couldn’t find many reviews but I’m glad I went ahead and ordered! The website was easy to navigate and I got my items fast. I had remembered last minute that I forgot to add Bread and I was able to message them to get it added. Highly recommend this company.
