Easy to install, intuitive and easy to use, fast competent support, and low cost. What's not to like?.
GPS Insight has enabled us to decrease response times to customer requests. Thus increasing customer satisfaction.
We now add additional stops daily that would have previously required return trips to same area. This makes us more efficient, saving us drive time, thus saving us money. GPS Insight more than pays for itself.

it's just ok to me
it's just ok to me. I like being able to know where my drivers are and print landmark logs but the system itself seems a bit buggy. We always have conflicts and we seem to call about the same problems. I think some are driver error but most is system. We are constantly having to replace the cables. I haven't tried other sytems so I have no idea if it's any better than others on the market.
