Good prices and dispatched fast but used one of the worst couriers and have not responded to emails to ask to resolve. Managed to resolve myself direct with courier. As a result, concerned that return experience would not be great if needed.

I’ll admit I’ve only had one experience but it was excellent. I purchased a Bose A20 headset when the lockdown was in full force.
Staff were working from home yet still managed to communicate well, items were reserved for me. I then rang the shop where only one guy was managing all payments and shipping, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite and yet despite not calling until 3pm he managed to get it out the door and I received it midday the following day!
Like I say, only one experience so far, but a damn good one. Nice to see that Good customer service still exists.
