Tried to purchase from this website but something was fishy with payment methods. Initial credit card payment failed, other method of direct bank transfer made me suspicious. Banking app didn't recognise company name. Couldn't find business on Companies House. Address given on website looks suspect. Having found these Trustpilot reviews I thought I'd add my experience even though I've not lost anything. I would avoid this website

Don’t know why we can’t give negative stars for a review,but hey oh,this company if you can call it that are scammers that just take the order & money then never see the light of day of it,KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PARASITES,I’ve got my money back from the bank after I contacted the fraud department,please be warned and DO NOT purchase anything on the site.

As with everyone else, ordered in good faith as the bike is going in next week so ordered in time. Order placed as in stock and then hey presto, no stock on back order. Now trying to chase them and despite polite contact, no reply.

**Edit** The Company admitted liability in my small claims court case and eventually refunded me.

Today, I had to submit a claim to the Small Claims Court (UK) in order to try and get my money back for an item not despatched, and this company ghosting me about its status.

I ordered an item on 8th May with a 2-3 day lead-time. Two weeks went by and nothing, no update on my account even.

I have sent multiple polite requests for an update and I have heard absolutely nothing at all from them. When it was ordered it said it was in stock, with a 2-3 day lead time on delivery which I was fine with.

As soon as I ordered I get an email saying Out of Stock. I was okay with this as I don't need the part just now. A few weeks would have been just fine for me.

Zero communication from them though.

Like others have said, they want to take your money and run.

Don't use them. I have now started legal proceedings against them in order to get my money back.

Went to order a Denali Split Airhorn.
Website said "Low Stock". To me, this implies there is some stock of the item, but not very much.
As soon as I ordered, an automated Email came back saying my payment had been accepted and the goods were on "back order".
There was no indication given of when this might be back in stock so I Emailed to ask for a lead time on delivery...... No response.
I then did a bit of digging and found they only operate via an Email address and a very vague postal address.
No response to 3 further Emails either.
I've now contacted my credit card company and tried to get them to claw back my money (in this instance £51.80) but I can see other customers/victims have been stung for a lot more and this seems to have been going on since at least 2023.
Through companies House, I was able to track the name of this supplier/owner who is George Geriant Llewellyn John. Also appears to have traded under the name of "Denali Shop UK" and "Motorcycle Supplies Limited". I found a phone number for that company but, surprise, surprise it was a mobile number that just rang out until it went to voicemail.
I am hoping that my Credit Card Company will be able to reverse my payment.

[UPDATE] My Credit Card company has refunded the payment.

Like others on here they have took my money not sent the goods and do not respond to emails or answer the phone - be warned keep well away!

Scammers - take your money, don't reply to any emails

I ordered a set of Denali lights £250 on Jan 23 it’s now Feb 9th nothing has arrived. It says on the website in stock delivery in 2-3 days but as soon as I put my Oder in it said item out of stock on back order I’ve emailed these conmen 4 times no reply, luckily I payed with PayPal so have now opened a dispute which is now in progress, DO NOT GO NEAR THESE SCAMMERS.

Sadly, like others I have been caught out by this company. I bought a Denali light bracket set which was shown as in stock. Immediately on order I got an email saying on back-order. I emailed them about this and no reply at all. Six emails and three weeks later, still no response and my credit card company is now dealing with my complaint. Their terms and conditions say that the website stock is accurate, that if not in stock they will email me with the option to cancel, and if in stock the items will be delivered within 48 hours. All false.

Interestingly my credit card was payable to Dsuk and the company number shown on their invoice is the same as The Denalishop UK. So they are the same company and both are now not responding to my emails. You have been warned!

I made order early Dec 2023. Email reply advised order now a back order. I sent emails and message on my account to Gpmc...but no replies to date 21 Dec. I believe now this is a bogus site run by criminals so have passed matter to PPolice. Do no pay for any orders with GPMC it is a bogusb company

The company accepted payment and took funds but did not send the goods. They do not respond to any emails, whether in reply to the purchase email or via the website. Moreover, the company states delivery within 48 hours or email for any issues! Hopefully after paying with a credit card the transaction can be reversed after taking up dispute actions through the bank.

I ordered a horn and connection and mounting bar but was told on back order. I emailed asking how long the backorder would take (no phone published anywhere) but had no response. Sounds like a scammer outfit but not easy to tell. The website looks genuine.

Purchased bar ends which arrived quickly. They aren't the right ones, they don't fit my motorcycle. I emailed GPMC to ask about a return but no response. They have't responded to several emails, all to the official address. Signed into my GPMC online account and asked the same question, no response to several queries. No phone number provided. I can only assume they are ignoring all my attempts to return my item, BEWARE this retailer.
