I purchased a WordPress theme from GPLHub, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The theme installed, but it requires an Envato purchase code to activate important features. Since this was not provided (and cannot be provided by GPL sites), the product is essentially unusable for any serious project.

I tried contacting their support multiple times regarding this issue and also requested a refund, but I have received no response at all. It has been days, and there is complete silence from their side.

This feels very misleading — the product is advertised as fully functional, but in reality, key features are locked behind a license that they do not provide.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website. If you’re considering buying from here, be aware that:

You may not get proper support
The product may not work as expected
Refund requests may be ignored

Overall, a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of money.

They absolutely do not respond to support requests or emails. They provide a very unprofessional and amateurish service. I definitely do not recommend them.

Worst service. They change the code and they never provide the service to the customers. They deserve for the 0 Star but trustpilot doesn't have the 0 Rating.

Don't worry, they are scammers. I bought the theme but the download link was not working. I sent an email to support and they haven't responded for days.

I recently purchased a WordPress theme from GPLHub.net, expecting a clean, working premium product. But to my shock, the theme I received was a nulled version full of suspicious code, warnings from my security plugin, and no license or updates.

What’s worse? I paid a premium price thinking I was getting a verified GPL product. After noticing the issues, I tried contacting them no reply. No refund, no replacement, no support. Just silence.

This is a total scam. Selling nulled themes at high prices without support is unethical and risky for any website owner. Avoid GPLHub.net at all costs. You're better off buying directly from trusted marketplaces or developers.

Fraudsters!!! stay away!! They take your money and never deliver and never answer your tickets!!

Scammers First I Have Purchased A Monthly Subscription to unlock all plugins but they ask for extra money for important plugins after 2 months i have removed my card from their website but they are still charging my card on monthly basis i have try to contact support using ticket and by email but they are not replying now i need to disabled my international credit card that cost 100$ they are scammers plz dont use this site.

I purchased a digital product from gplhub.net, but after making the payment, I didn’t receive any download link or confirmation. I tried contacting their support multiple times, but got no reply at all. The products listed on the website appear to be fake – nothing works. This site is a complete scam, luring people with cheap offers and then disappearing.

What went wrong this time? How can this company improve?

Never buy from them. Their customer support doesn't reply. Codes do not work as well.

Unfortunatelly no support, products doesnt work, tried to contact in different ways.
Finally they tried to charge me twice.

They are scammers.

They had a Super Lifetime membership that paid $400 USD for it, it gave access to exclusive products.

Now they have simply taken away our access and paused our memberships.

We no longer have access to download any products.

I have communicated by ticket and they do not respond.

They also charged my bank account an additional $200 when my account was canceled.

They are scammers as well as their previous sites yukapo and codecheap, and they will surely change their name soon.

Just a huge scam like all of their previous named sites (yukapo, codecheap..)

You were selling a plan called "Super Lifetime Membership" which allowed access to "Exclusive" downloads, I've been using it fine for a while, but a few months ago you took that access away from me.

Please review these types of accounts, I see that there are several people affected. We paid $400 for this plan.

It seems that they just want to deceive people. I bought a “Super Lifetime” plan and now they won't let me download anything! It looks like a Scam site, since they went from codecheap.org to gplhub.net to trick people. Plus they never respond to tickets....

I purchased a Superlifetime and Lifetime Pro subscription from this website for $400, which included access to exclusive files. I download about 10 files per month. However, my access to the exclusive files has been recently cut off, and I am unable to download them. The support team is not responding to my tickets. Does anyone know why this is happening? This is a very up-to-date and good website, but it also has some issues.

I strongly advise against purchasing from gplhub.net. I bought a WordPress theme from this site, but when I tried to install it, the theme required a purchase code to activate, which was not provided. I reached out to GPLHub for support and requested help or a refund, but I received no response at all. Their lack of support and customer service is very disappointing. Don’t waste your money here—look for more reliable providers.

I used yukapo more than 2 years and everything works great! But last year there is a problem with yukapo and suddenly they create new domain codecheap then change to GPLHUB and from that.. everything works horrible. Cant download, no answers from support, no return of money.. Also they migrate almost all normal themes and plugins to exclusive category so you must pay for every update.. So its not usable at all.

There is others sites like realgpl and worldpress it who is really great with great support and great plugins and themes!!!
