I have ordered a small product that should have been delivered within a few days. This is still not the case, and I have not received an update. I am not able to contact them either as their site has been offline for 3 days. For now, I'd say avoid them.
Might change the rating if they finally communicate, but for now, 1 star.
First I had to wait longer than a month before I received my order. And since then, I am trying to get my money back - now already for a year! Hopeless it seems. I did receive a return form and have sent defect item back (Usb-C 96W Oplader voor Apple Macbook). After that: no reply to email, phone calls are not answered or call center is not working (or busy).
Please do not buy your stuff here, or know you were warned.

Delivery dates are not to be trusted. No communication from the store in case of delay. Feels like they sell items that they don't have in stock

This is a scam and I should have read these reviews. Took my money never sent me the charger, never even posted it. 100% scam.

Like many people leaving reviews, I am also very unhappy with Gowobo. Ordered an item that turned out to be a Chinese knockoff, which broke after only 1 use. Tried calling, emailing their customer service but nobody is replying.
I have made a complaint using the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal and I suggest you do the same.

On November 22nd 2020 I ordered a Pokémon Go Plus (automatic catching watch). Delivery would be between 3 and 8 days. It's been 10 days now and my order has been in "in de wacht" (on hold) for days now.
I have sent an email, I have filled in the contact form on the site: ZERO reaction whatsoever. If you try calling them you always get the message that they are too busy and they hang up the phone.

It is fake controller, some buttons do not actually work out of the box.
Ordered a PS4 Controller only to find out it wasn't original, when asked if I could return it, they gave me a fake address in Venlo. I paid to return only for the package to be sent back to me. So I got no refund. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this bad company. Customer Service is also non existent, Customer Service number goes to answer machine onle.
