He was a very good driver and concerned about safety.

I used go airport shuttle to get from Boston to New Hampshire, by myself. They were there waiting for me when I arrived, took me to my destination quickly and without event, and we're very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Driver was on time and had good communication

Driver was on time, helpful and very friendly. The car was large and clean.

I have used this service twice in New York. First driver was rude and vulgar. This driver is a smart ass. I realize this is a shared ride van, but we have drove around for 26 minutes and are back to my hotel. So they do not know their schedule, Dispatch adds to them, so basically goes in circles until van is full. I will now not be where I wanted at the time I wanted. So if you use this be sure to add at least 2+ extra hours, I only added 1.

Reasonably priced, beautiful vehicle, arrived exactly on time, super friendly driver! Highly recommend!

On time and great service, went from West Palm Beach to Miami cruise terminal, Cruise terminal was a nightmare and our driver did great on getting us to our ship safely and on time

Worst experience ever! We booked our shuttle 4 months in advance from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. Two days prior to arriving in Orlando, we received an email from Mears cancelling our reservations saying they don’t go to our hotel. I ignored the email as I didn’t book with Mears. Turns out Go contracts with Mears and they indeed do not go to Port Canaveral. I found this out as we were waiting to board for our flight to Orlando. I had to scramble to find another shuttle - thank god Cocoa Beach Shuttle was able to get me one so quickly. I called Go and they were non-challant about it and said that it was Mears who cancelled. Go should know that Mears does not go from Orlando to Port Canaveral and not let someone book it. So I had to pay for the new shuttle as I wait to get the money back from the first cancelled one. Mears said that they have issues with Go all the time. I’d stay away from this company - you won’t get what you paid for and they could care less.

The driver weibetto was great. I wrote yesterday and would appreciate if you can use him for our pickup on Tuesday going back to the airport

Second Van - Online reservation system was easy to navigate. The van was as described and appointed. Both vans arrived on time. Driver was friendly and drove very well. He assisted with luggage and we felt well taken care of.

Great prompt service, courteous and professional driver. Driver called and gave great instructions of where to meet once we picked up our luggage. Will definitely consider using them again when in the area.

The pick up at FLL was very confusing as the driver told us to meet him at a certain spot and he was not there. We end up walking up and down the road while on the phone with him. After about a hour we finally met up with him. We had purchase 1 stop on the way to Miami port. The driver had no notice of this and we had to call the office after he refused to stop for us. But in the end after making it to the Miami port he had to take us to the nearest store and return us to the port. What a confusing way to start a holiday.
The pick up from Miami port to FLL was smooth and the driver Leonard was amazing. Thank you Leonard!!!

Go Airport Shuttle was able to accommodate the time we needed to get to the airport by coming early and the driver was very friendly and communicative.
