this company its really a con artist, scammer, fraudster or whatever names i can mention...even the escalation team are the worst scammers who believe in making money by stealing from victims, Mr Raj how can you ask someone who need her refund to rate you preferably 4 to 5 star while your email made it clear that i won't be able to get my money back due to my terminated account? you're all the same thinking you'll be rich from people's tears

It's a scam!!!
I bought a travel backpack through TicTok app during the purchase they have charged me twice and apparently I have subscribed for a membership service and I haven't bought any products but the they have charged for both but I haven't subscribed for anything. Got in touch the agent put phone down on me and the 2nd agent was a bit of a help but still no refunds or there's no BACKPACKS on order either.

Escalation team were quick to respond to my online chats and emails. The issue was eventually sorted. They provided a good service and communication.
Happy with the result.
