Great Customer Service!
So happy with my order, although it was a holiday rush, but they made it on time. Thanks, GovGroup until my next purchase!
did not deliver the goods and did not return the money after more than a year of waiting. do not respond to emails. continue to advertise a long-term out-of-stock product.
Offering products they don't have with zero contact. Their address listed on their site (330 Rancheros Dr #138. San Marcos, CA) doesn't even show them anywhere, just a shopping mall with various stores but NO GovGroup building/storefront/sign/nada, go ahead, look yourself. Not to mention this SAME address is used on various other stores, yet they DON'T EXIST. Go ahead, Google search the address and see how many businesses come up; Officedirectsupply, officespeciialities, Heater warehouse. Do they just keep changing names once people catch on to their scheme?
Very unethical behavior, try to call them it's like someone setup a basic Skype mailbox that A) No one answers and B) Tells you the voicemail is full. Not sure why I bothered thinking they were legitimate because there's red flags everywhere. They didn't bother responding to a single email I wrote. But upon emailing them demanding a refund, thankfully I got money back and never heard from them again.
This place is NOT legitimate whatsoever, save yourself the headache and frustration and avoid this place like the walking death.
Oh, and they apparently like to use the United States military as a sales ploy(at the bottom of the page with pictures of a uniformed soldier and the military branch insignias) to get you to think they care about their country. As someone who served in the United States Army, Andy Birkel, go ʞɔnɟ yourself.
They pretend like you purchased a product then don't actually ship the item.
I "purchased" a CPU on January 2, 2021 with an advertised 2-3 week shipping estimate. That time came and went, and I haven't heard anything from govgroup. There is no way to contact them through their phone; every option just leads to a voicemail that is unable to take any more messages. I have just put in an email to cancel my order. If I get any sort of legitimate response, I will modify my review accordingly.
