I never received my passport. It was a long frustrating journey but here we Go again second time with the passport agency. Wasted money.

While I have yet to receive my passport, I would like to share that the client reps at GovAssist have been TREMENDOUS! We have been in regular contact via email on a daily, if not hourly, basis. They have even given a partial refund on my order due to these unforeseen complications.
Someday soon, I hope to share the news that my passport has arrived, but until then, I wanted to give credit where credit is due.

The One Government Assist Global Entry Program(s)
I was happy to get the Global Entry card and appreciated having the final brief interview at the Newark Airport on April 7, 2026.
The problem was I sent one payment for my renewed passport and a new global entry card in January 2026 and received my passport in February 2026. Then I received another invoice for a global entry card with a different amount that was more than the original invoice. The first amount for global entry was $79 and that amount was refunded after I paid approximately $200 for the second global entry application. It was also confusing because it appearedd that two people were helping me : One Government Assist and the other, Christian Jules Guanzon (Gov Assist LLC)@ travel assist.zendesk.com)
I do not know who autually facilitated my short final interview at the Newark Airport when I returned to US from Germany, but I am pleased that the confusing ordeal is over! Thanks for finalizing the process!

I was struggling with my visa…
I was struggling with my visa application process and the communication was very bad as I could not get into contact with anyone or my agent properly to complete the process. However I eventually managed to get in contact and speak to a Regina Takeda who was quick to help me and was very kind. After a month of no progress she was able to help me in 30 minutes!
