Their delivery always takes 4 to 5 days (measured over 10 times) whilst they claim 2 to 3 days. Inluding shipping they aren't cheap either...never again.

I WONDER.
Every time I make an order for 22 bottles of Ramón Bilbao Edición Limitada and 2 bottles of Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva (DKK 2293.69) it says "free shipping for purchases over DKK 1118.83", when I have to pay, I have to pay for shipping DKK 838.65 (it suddenly says free shipping over DKK 2293.69).
I don't understand, this is my first purchase and I'm confused. I should also have a 5% discount on the 1st trade.

Hello, thank you very much for your opinion, as the free shipping conditions for Denmark clearly indicate, the order must be at least 500 euros for a maximum weight of 40kg, if one of these conditions is not respected , shipping costs apply. Regards.
Weight limit
I ordered over 600€ => free shipping with a weight limit of 40 kg per order. I could only buy 15 bottles because weight limit. I got 2 parcels. First parcel weighted 17 kg and second 8 kg => total 25 kg => NOT ANYWHERE NEAR 40 kg!

I would like to inform you that the weight limit is there so that free transport only applies to bottles on which we make enough margin to cover the shipping costs. On cheap bottles, our margins are low and do not allow us to cover shipping costs. This is simply not economically viable for our business. Finally, I see that you still placed an order with free shipping. Sincerely.
Despite broken goods all ended well
Very satisfied in total.
All though the package was damaged and some of the bottles were broken TCM handled this very professional. The briken bottles were replaced and sent to me very quickly.

Until now NO ACTUAL HELP in tracking…
Until now NO ACTUAL HELP in tracking missing parcel! The order was placed more than a month ago. GLS made a mistake, but refer back to TCM Gourmet as sender. It has now been a week more, without anything but "friendly" replies. I know that GLS made the mistake, but based on the process you as sender need to push for either delivery of the parcel, or refund of the money. I will not recommend placing orders with TCM Gourmet, unless you are potentially prepared to loose your money, if the delivery goes wrong.

My third order from TCM went perfect and smooth. The shipment to Sweden took less than a fourthnight. Reasonable prices and a wide selection of spirits to choose from. Recommend.

Hello, thank you for your comment. The order appears as delivered by GLS transport, when you tell us that you have received only part of the order, GLS starts the research and it takes 2 weeks. As soon as the loss of your order is confirmed by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund. Keeping you informed in real time. On the other hand, you sent us the affidavit by mail instead of sending it by email and that took a lot of time. Thank you for your understanding.

As a customer you cannot trust the website about stock/availability.
The product (diplomatico ambassador) wasn´t available anymore.
Then the shop gives you an account with the difference in price to be used later.
After another communication they paid me back.
In general: not recommendable to shop again.
