Great customer service, quick delivery and good prices.

I ordered on the website and had completed age verification just awaiting an agent when my Web page crashed. I emailed them and explained my concern of not being verified by am agent with payment being taken. After a quick response from the general manager it was easily sorted and even added some freebies! Fantastic customer service!

Gourmet eliquids have been a life saver to me, My usual brand of vape juice is very difficult to get a hold of. These guys have managed to keep me in supply with suppppper fast delivery keeping me updated with orders and tracking info.
Also there customer service is second to none. 1 batch of my orders arrived with faulty lids they quickly replaced these and i believe they contacted the makers to complain as no other orders have arrived faulty.

Great website & product variety, easy to use. Very helpful staff. Deliveries are always on time and well packaged. Helpful loyalty bonus scheme & excellent prices.

I have tried many other companies but none of them have given me the choice of products or the exceptional customer service that you have.
