Have contacted customer service multiple times and multiple ways and have yet to hear back from them. Coffee arrived in 2 batches, and the second batch was shortshipped. Coffee pods are not working well in the Nespresso Original machine and are also extremely weak. Supposedly, they get back to you within 24 hours, buyer beware, they do not.
My order never arrived and i never got a refund despite reaching out multiple times to their customer service team, they simply stopped replying entirely. There is nothing serious about this company
The website is awfully slow and hangs. It took me the whole morning to place an order.
I ordered a bundle on the 20th of February and it hasn't been dispatched yet, despite the website promising to ship orders within 24 hours. I didn't even get a confirmation email for the order.
UPDATE: I have received my order but the website still says "Processing" and there is no tracking number available.
UPDATE 2: I'm sorry to say that the coffee is awful. It seems to flow too easily and is rather watery. Most flavors are quite on the acid side and I have to drink the coffee with milk. Also the capsules are made of plastic (who uses it anymore?) and I have to press harder to close the coffee machine.
