Best support provided

Best support provided. I had an issue setting up something and within 1 hr of opening ticket, issue was resolved. Further call quality is also awesome. I shall recommend everyone to use their products.

Decent company. Lackluster support.

I really want to love GoTrunk. Rather easy to signup, rather nice looking interface. However, a few things make me really not like them.

1. DID selection. It just kinda assigns you a DID, can't look through a list like other providers. The setup fee on DIDs is kinda crazy too. $6 to setup a DID? Hmm.
2. CNAM / Caller ID name information needs to be done through support, and it's really not easy to do. I have an open ticket right now that has taken 6 replies and it's still not complete. Previous provider actually lets you set it while purchasing a DID.
3. Buggy interface. Ran into an issue where it wouldn't take my card for any reason. Platinum Amex that would get approved for $20k, wouldn't accept for $10. Support still not sure of the issue there, however, they did credit me $13 to hold me over while they figured out the issue.
4. Their support interface. You can't see closed tickets, you can't read a ticket response without logging in, their remember me option doesn't work. It really feels super super beta.

Call quality is great though, and service uptime wise seems to be very stable. I'll stick with them, however, anytime I need to open a support ticket, I want to move to a different provider.

Better Media Quality

GoTrunk can relay RTP traffic which other service providers do not want to do. This can ensure the media quality.

Expirienced and fast team

I was very pleased to work with experts from GoTrunk company. They answered all my questions easily and fast, they helped me a lot to configure my SIP-system. Engineers of the company have big expirience and good tools to fix the problem and to find a way for customers wishes.

The company provides services that are very useful for nowdays business. We have profit from SIP-connections

So far so good

Just installed GoTrunk a few days ago. The SIP trunk setup was easy, they provide a step-by-step wizard to help you configure and test your trunks. I purchase three Puerto Rico phone numbers. I had a problem not getting the outbound caller id to work correctly. Submitted a trouble ticket and their techsupport pointed me in the right direction to resolve the problem with my configuration.

I also like GoTrunk's online CDR. You can click on a CDR record and see a complete PCAP trace of your call.

So easy to integrate

While other companies were asking me to fill out a form so that one of their sales agents could get back to me over the next few days, GoTrunk offered free use of their platform INSTANTLY to test my integration BEFORE worrying about anything else. About 25 minutes later I was fully integrated. The other companies took 1 day, 2 days, sometimes up to 4 days to respond with an email and they still didn't even include pricing in some insipid game to unveil they're overpriced monthly fee structures. GoTrunk's competitors are super slow and super expensive, with a sales model like the year is 1997. I don't want to "chat" with a slick sales agent trying to upsell me on their premiums on the basis that they are a "custom solution provider".
