I ordered a 4060ti from these guys first ever time in buying with them I'm autistic so I worry alot especially with never hearing about them and they eased my shopping experience ten fold time and patience they showed me was great! amazing customer service
I have never heard of gotraka before purchasing my monitor but I'm glad I went with them as the customer service has been outstanding.
I have shopped at loads of company's in the past and I have never came across customer service like gotraka, they go above and beyond to help you and to solve any issues.
I had an issue with a monitor I purchased and they have been amazing from the start. very quick responses, always kept in the loop and have been amazing to deal with.
I will definitely be buying from gotraka again, you have earned a new customer.

Excellent company
I've placed two orders during the past 3-weeks.
Both orders were for 8TB HDD's.
They were offered at exceptional prices and were delivered free of charge within the 3 days specified.
I did contact customer services with an enquiry on a discount and was provided with advice and respect.

Customer service 5 star, delivery 5 star, product 5 star. I would give more stars for this company if i could. The delivery was super fast (next day actually) even though i did not book for next day so this was excellent. Pleasantly surprised by the best price i could find and fast,free delivery.
Failed to send me my new customer discount code though even though i emailed them.
I would still order from them again though and even without the discount code they were still the cheapest as well.
5 stars for my order,delivery and price.
2-3 stars for no discount code even after emails.
Overall i am happy and would recommend them.
