It has been my 5th shipment with them and have never had any issues !

I relied on GoToVan to arrange my international move after 32 years of living in London. The task was more demanding and stressful than anticipated.
Domingo, the director of GotoVan, made every effort to make it easier. He and his team were very kind, professional and well prepared to go the required extra mile to make it smooth. They succeeded with a good planning and timely execution.
I received all the package in good state on the other side of the Channel and Alps.

The whole process was as smooth and flawless as you want it to be. Communication with Domingo was great and he responded quickly to any questions I had. I was told in advance about pick up and delivery times, and the team was really helpful with the customs process and documentation. Really fast delivery, just three days from pick-up, but I guess it would vary depending on the route. All in all, I highly recommend the company and it's services

Transporting with GotoVan has been a very good experience. In my case, there was a lot to organise, not just a simple move: collecting two old bicycles, packing them up to protect them well, preparing the paperwork and customs formalities, and getting to the destination. Everything was perfect. Excellent communication from the very beginning with Domingo and his team. Many thanks, and I hope for another opportunity to use their services.

Domingo fue amable y colaborador durante el proceso. Habíamos acordado las fechas con más de dos meses de antelación. Sin embargo, apenas una semana antes de la mudanza cambió tanto las fechas como las condiciones: en lugar del camión que habíamos contratado, apareció con una furgoneta. Esto generó mucho estrés y preocupación, especialmente tratándose de una mudanza internacional. Para entonces, ya habíamos comprado los billetes de avión, así que no pudimos estar presentes para recibir nuestras pertenencias como estaba previsto y tuvimos que pedir a otra gente que recepcionara y ayudara a descargar a la conductora que iba sola todas nuestras cosas. Al final, todo llegó en buen estado, pero debido a la falta de fiabilidad, no volvería a trabajar con él.
Our experience was not entirely good. Domingo was friendly and cooperative during the process, and we had agreed on the dates more than two months in advance. However, just one week before the move he changed both the dates and the conditions: instead of the truck we had hired, he showed up with only a big van. This caused a lot of stress and worry, especially considering it was an international move. By then, we had already purchased our plane tickets, so we couldn’t be there to receive our belongings as planned, and we had to ask other people to step in and help unload everything with the driver, who was on her own.

In the end, everything did arrive in good condition, but due to the lack of reliability, I would not work with him again.

Totally recommend Gotovan! After 8 years in London, I moved back to Madrid and I was very stressed with barely any time to sort things out. Domingo was amazing, really helpful and friendly, always picked up the phone when I had questions and gave me all the advice I needed. All my stuff arrived just a few days later in perfect conditions.

I want to recommend the service of Gotovan for removals. I was very stress with moving my things back to Spain from UK-after 10 years I had a lot of things to move.
