The absolute worst ticket buying…
The absolute worst ticket buying experience I have ever had, and I've bought lots of tickets online. Actually, it was the delivery that was so aweful. I got emails telling me my ticket was ready, tried to access my ticket, and got a message saying the "seller had canceled my ticket transfer." I have worked on getting this ticket for two who days now and still have NOTHING! I did finally get to chat with a live person last night and she gave me some assurance that the matter will be taken care of, but not time frames were given nor how I'd know when my ticket is ready to access. I felt like I was caught in a circle going around and around trying to jump through their hoops to get my ticket. I must have opened 5o to 75 emails about my issue and none of them have resolved my problem yet. And if I keep waiting for them, there will likely be no more ticket available for the concert I want to attend. So I am feeling like I need to tell them to screw off and just go back online to a trusted site and buy another ticket while there are still some seats left. And when I started the transaction originally, I didn't even know I was dealing with GoTickets. I thought I was dealing with TicketMaster. Take my advice, stay the hell away from GoTickets. They really need to fix their mess or get off the internet.
