Replacement Tickets
The seller sent me an email and a text stating that my tickets were unavailable and needed to be replaced.
Representative, Kian, assisted me online securing another pair of tickets. This agent was very prompt and attentive to my questions

cheaper and faster to go elsewhere
Relatively fast and seamless experience. But having to then create a ticketmaster account to accept the tickets was annoying. Especially it then showed that I essentially paid for someone else to buy the ticket from ticketmaster for me then transfer it to me for an extra cost.
Would not recommend or ever use the service again. Just go through the main event site.

The Company would not provide an immediate refund for the rescheduled Tom Jones concert. The representative, Stephanie, was excellent. She was patient and kind BUT she said the Company required her to "escalate" my request rather than just give an immediate refund.

GoTickets is a rip off
Bought tickets here thinking it was Ticketmaster(I guess this site pops up when I search the show). I was stupid and just thought the tickets were expensive but found out later it was resale. They are legally covered and wont give an inch. Customer service is nonexistent. AI crap. Can't reach a person. I got burned. There needs to be more warning that the purchase is from a resale site. There are tons of negative reviews on other sites.

Do Not use this company
Do Not use this company. I was scammed out of $256.52 I paid for tickets. They kept saying they emailed the to me which they did, but I was unable to access them.All they would respond is we sent tickets, then finally said the issue to a malfunction at Ticketmaster. I followed all instructions on my part. DO Not use them. They only release tickets 1-2 days before……..SCAM. Not success with BBB so I have written to the attorney general in Delaware.
