I've been trying to get a refund on a 100$+ order and they have been radio silent it's not shipped by their own admission and yet no one will reply to my emails it's infuriating.

I purchased the Goth Rider Coffee Gasoline in the K Cups the coffee was great but the service was not the pods are total garbage the coffee is full of grains when contacted them about it I wasn’t offered a refund of not even a discount I will never buy there products again

Well, Gothrider has reached a new low, refusing to look at the name on the customer credit card which paid for their merchandise. Rather than accept that I placed a Christmas order for my husband using my daughter's e-mail (although paying with my credit card - name on) they are now saying that I am in fact impersonating myself in writing a negative review of their service and company in general. My review is based on my experiences with them over more than a month. The merchandise is not only disappointing as it isn't as pictured, but their customer service is reprehensible. Again, embarrassing that a Canadian company is so reckless with the people who wish to support them. I hope no one else is treated the way I have been. This company does not deserve your business.

This company has great products, great tasting coffee but the customer support team is shocking. Ive been a customer for a couple of years and things go wrong but as a customer I shouldn't have to chase across 3 different media channels and wait 7 days to get an update on where my order is after already waiting 3 weeks for it to be shipped. Communication needs to get better please guys c'mon!

Worst ever shopping experience. In september i ordered 2 sweatshirt with Christmas decor and was told 8-10 days delivery. ..... we are now mid January. I have contacted them several times demanding a date for delivery or my money back Every time same answer: I have forwarded you query to our packaging department. My last mail to the VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY was just before Christmas: if i didn't receive my order before December 23 i would have my money back (again) I got an answer offering me a $25 discount on my next order. THAT IS TAKING THE P....

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT 'COMPANY'!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 items for a xmas present. This was done on the 2nd of november - and i still have not recieved anything.
I have asked for track&trace every week since, and now it is the 12th of december, still no package.
Everytime they come back with the same answer : We have sent your request to our shipping center.
No other reactions and i never heard anything from the shipping center :(
