the garment was made with poor material and looks nothing like the pic! Cheap & nasty looking! No point asking for my money as it was a sale item & they only give store credit.

Clothes are marvelous. Also true to size which is great, and I love the fit of the petite size clothes since it's not always easy to find close-fitting sizes in clothes. They fit as pictured.Shipping to Europe is perfect.

Easy to shop, pay using pal pal and affordable

They are scammers, did not want to exchange my jacket, I ordered wrong size, mislead by their size chart which is not correct, wanted to exchange for a smaller size and they did not allow. They said all items are on sale so no exchange or return. They never stated on the site that the items are not exchangeable.

I placed a large order, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.First, they allowed me to purchase and pay for items that weren't even in stock. I have been waiting weeks for a refund on those missing pieces, but they completely lied about processing the money. They even stooped so low as to lie directly to PayPal during the dispute process, fighting my claims even though I have concrete email proof from their own support team admitting they couldn't ship the items.As for the items that did actually arrive? Complete garbage. They are incredibly undersized—not even close to standard measurements—and the material quality is shockingly poor. It feels like cheap, flimsy plastic fast-fashion, nothing like the photos.They will take your money, skip shipping half your order, lie about refunds, and fight your PayPal claims. Avoid Goth N Rock at all costs!

I am horrified and so angry with this shabby company. My clothing arrived & I thought it was the incorrect item as it did not look at all like it was displayed. I emailed & they told me I’d be better keeping the dress, order another outfit and they would give me 40% off!! Now why would I do that. It took me about 10 days of back & forth emails for them to then say that I wasn’t entitled to a furring as it was a sale item…which was still £50! I understand this is a policy but the only reason I wanted a refund was because it was nothing like the website image. They didn’t respond to my final email and still have my money. I will never buy from them again.
