I purchased a high-priced luxury item from this store, but days passed without any email confirmation that it had shipped. Since I needed the item within a week—the promised delivery timeframe—I contacted customer service for an update. Only then was I informed that the item was out of stock and that I had been refunded. I’m certain that if I hadn’t reached out, I would never have been notified. I will never order from this site again. Buyer beware!

Bought the Moncler trail grip - very happy with this transaction. Delivered within 7 days of order and they are a work of art! Beautifully crafted, sourced from a boutique in Italy at 40% discount from retail price. Was concerned with authenticity and not sure of the TheList verification process but I had them third party authenticated and very pleased with the entire transaction. Customer service was helpful in keeping me up to speed on order/delivery. Would recommend and do business again with TheList.
