I tried to use this on my phone and…

I tried to use this on my phone and laptop and encountered a dead site. On my phone I was directed to a page that never loaded so I got on my laptop to try it out. I even paid for a month's subscription. The site never took me past the "connect to an expert" dialogue box. Tried contacting support via chat with no luck. Called them and received a pre-recorded message. This site is offering instant expert support and doesn't deliver on any level.

The worst service I have ever used in…

The worst service I have ever used in my life. I have tried this over 10 times and the agents have no idea what they're doing. They waste your time only to say it can't be done at the end - without trying to be creative or offering an alternative method. Do not recommend ever.
