You should first verify that the item has been delivered, then ask for a review! Your website lists delivery for December 22nd, but as of today, December 28th, nothing has arrived yet... When and if my bag arrives, I'll leave my review!

I searched for a long time for a brand that offers beautiful bags while also doing something good. I’m really happy that I discovered you. Keep up the great work — I already have quite a few of your bags in my collection.

I´ve been looking long for a new backpack for my new office job but everything I could find was too hipstery or too classy. Finally I landed on a "corporate benefits" website, on which the Got Bag listed was. Since I´m a professional diver and a passionate human being about the seas and everything about them, it was love at first sight: I´m testing the backpack tomorrow for the first time but I already love it. I can´t wait to have it tested under the heavy swiss rain. I´m very happy to have found this amazing company and its project!

Big problems with delivery. At first time DHL didn’t ring the bell. We were at home bit he went away. I modify the delivery instructions as : try to suond then live in the garden if we don’t answer. My wife saw by the windows the dhl driver didn’t ring the bell but launched the box. Super bad services! Say to them to learn from amazon!

The bag is totally boring. You can get this at Target. It’s a crescent shape with embroidery top stitching. Like a school girl purse. Just a bag. Would i recommend it ? No sending what i wasted time waiting for back. The zippers are very nice. The adjustable strap is nice the size is nice the bag is very Vanilla

GOT BAG offers amazing quality and great customer support. I have bought a Backpack for myself last year and I love it. It is tough and well built. It's the first backpack that has survived a whole year and that looks just as new as the first day. I just bought a second one as a gift.

It was very easy to order the bag. The website was very clear and easy to handle, the product informations were very good with pictures on it, there was a video showing the product in action.
I love the philosophy of the brand, the material is protected from water and the bag has enough space for all the stuff I am always carrying with me. Thank you very much.

I couldn’t be happier with my GOT BAG backpack. From the moment I unpacked it, it was clear that this product stands out in every way. My bag was delivered quick and as expected! I ended up wanting a different color and the returns process was quick and easy!

I like the sustainably sourced material, the simple hands-free design and compact size.

It needs more zipper pockets to be truley efficient!

I purchased the larger travel pack as an EDC work bag. I needed at least 25 liters of capacity for a “mobile office” to not only carry a laptop, but also files and documents in addition to personal items.
The bag is well built with solid construction. After a few weeks of use, my impression is that a design prototype was never field teated and it falls short on details that would make it a truly great pack.
It needs more internal and external pockets to make it a true EDC pack. Some connection points on the shoulder straps would also have been nice.

The only external pockets for quick access to EDC items are on the center front, making the bag top heavy.
The bottom compartment of the larger travel bag is a design fail. The placement of the compartment opening results in crease along the bottom quarter of the pack causing it to fall forward anytime it is not fully loaded. I ended up cutting down a cardboard box to create a stable base so the pack wasn’t constantly falling over whenever I put it down.
I believe I will get good use out of the bag, but it is frustrating that it misses out on details that would truly set it apart as an EDC workhorse.

I would give 6 stars, if possible. Because the quality and beauty of the designs really impressed me.

I got the black Hip Bag and sand-coloured Moon Bag and both belong to my daily life now. I love to be able to choose either to carry more in the Hip Bag for daily errands or less in the Moon Bag for a night out.

The designs are simple, aesthetically pleasing and fit to almost every outfit.

I also appreciate the ethics behind the company and love that - with buying their products - I can support the environment instead of just taking away from it.

My No.1 for smaller bags now!!

There is no way to clean the product, normal-use stains after only a year will not go away by wiping or even washing in the washing machine, which makes the product unsustainable. This goes against their entire mission. The customer service so far seems disinterested in my inquiry. Seems like another green-washing brand.

Extremely quick delivery and high quality product. Was scared would regret it because of the price, but I think it is really worth it and it attends my needs as a working uni student.
