Problem with a new Rotadent electric toothbrush
Right from the start of my problem, GoSupps was very attentive to my issue. They tried two different approaches to resolve my issue. However, the problem could not be resolved because of a third party refusing to comply.
Therefore, without hesitation GoSupps offered me a refund on my Rotadent electric toothbrush.
The refund was greatly appreciated!!

Buyer beware you will get hammered with import taxes to the usa.
Didn't know to get an extra $30 in import taxes ,which has to be paid before even getting your goods!! The items were delivered in good condition but with the extra import taxes won't order again .
So if you order from there don't be surprised by having to pay EXTRA taxes .

Sneaky, unexpected $53 duty fee
I was happy to have found a product I couldn’t find in many places BUT 1. I didn’t realize how small the product would be (my issue!) and 2. I had to pay a $53 duty fee!!! This was on top of the $19 shipping fee. Never again. So I ended up paying almost $200 for four small travel sized items. Never again. I don’t know why they’re not showing the exorbitant duty fee explicitly on their site or when you are placing the order
