Money take…. No delivery…. No vapes!
Ordered my vape liquid over a week ago still hasn’t arrived. Money taken out of account but not delivery and no way of tracking. Massive lack of communication from company as well it’s like once they have your money that’s it I will not be ordering from here again

Sorry to hear this issue as goods were dispatched the same day as you ordered. Looking at the tracking we see goods were delivered on the day of your review. Royal Mail Tracked 24 service automatically sent you tracking details of the goods in their system so tracking should not have been a issue plus tracking details are also available in your account.
There was no lack of communication, as you messaged late afternoon on Friday and the email was picked up on our return back to work on Monday (we are closed over weekends), which was the day the goods got delivered.
Unfortunately delays with Royal Mail delivering goods in a timely manner are out of our control, as they are not frequently delayed and do generally deliver goods very promptly. When delays occur we are provided no explanation as to why the delay occurred and are asked to be patient while the goods filter through their network. Appreciate it took 5 working days for goods arriving BUT we did dispatch with the intention of delivering the following working day. Thank you for your patience. Feel free to leave Royal Mail a review regarding their service. Thanks for your patience regarding delivery
