This is the worst insurance ever

This is the worst insurance ever, The service is so poor. I have never had an insurance company ask me to resend documents over FOUR times! I've sent what they asked for, and they keep reaching out to ask for the same thing. Check the email thread! It's basic stuff

This is the worst insurance ever

This is the worst insurance ever, the communication line is so terrible. I called to report an accident only for them to tell me to try and fix my car myself even though I have a comprehensive coverage. Now, I called to cancel my policy and I am getting peanut back from a policy that have only just started. Guess who doesn’t want to even pay the peanut back again… you guessed right!

Try to stay clear of Goskippy/summerset.

They've charged me £25 'cancellation fee' before the policy started!

Paid a deposit for a policy. No mention of any 'admin fee' if I cancel before the policy starts. Then I received a credit agreement that, upon reading the small print, I realised was a con, and was totally skewed in favour of the credit company. No thanks, still within the cooling-off period, so I decided to cancel and not proceed with the policy. They've charged me £25 'cancellation fee'. No explanation as to what this covers, or proof of where I agreed to this, nothing. Reported to my credit card company and also the Financial Ombudsman. It'll cost them more than £25 to deal with my complaint with the Ombudsman :)

All good

All fine - but some sort of error with the website meant that I had to complete the purchase on the phone. Not a problem, and the person I spoke to was very helpful, but did take a while
