The staff was very helpful while I was exchanging a damaged necklace. I went to a store in San Diego and the staff there were so helpful. And then I went to The San Ramon store and the staff there was just as helpful. I brought my two young children. While I was trying to look for another piece of jewelry, the girl who was helping me helped keep my 4 yr old entertained while I shopped. It was so sweet. She helped my son with my the stickers she gave him. I was very touched she took the time to pay attention and help him. That is not only amazing customer service but shows what a sweet and kind soul she is!

Beautiful quality creative pieces
Gorjana delivers such beautiful, high quality jewelry, which people have confused with much higher end, luxury brands. And their customer service is outstanding. One of my hoops was not fastening properly, and they readily replaced it. I’ve been following this brand for ten years, and they continue to innovate and surprise me.

Bumblebee earrings, love at first sight
Fell in love with the bee earrings but, they only had 1 earring. Coralie and Jackie were extremely helpful helping me find the other bee. The treatment that I received from them, I rarely receive it anywhere else. They were very friendly, and professional and that made the entire shopping experience a very pleasant one. I was also helped by Oriana, from the store at the designer district and just as the other two, she was very friendly and helpful, making the entire experience unforgettable. Congratulations on having such wonderful employees as part of your organization.
