Prompt delivery and top quality product
Ordered a flat bench to replace my creaky old adjustable bench. Ordered on Christmas Day and it had arrived by the 28th.
Assembly was a cinch. The quality is top notch, metal work/fixtures appear durable and the padding is very comfortable and plush. Above all though it’s silent to use - I don’t wake the family up when exercising at 6am anymore! Buy in confidence

Equipment great, my son has used it every day since we got it.
There were issues with the delivery and because we needed it quickly we ended up collecting from the depot where the staff were helpful.

Having had a problem with the courier provided by Gorilla Sports, their customer services team were straight on it and sorted so I received the following day. Their speedy efficient response made up for the courier problems experienced. The equipment is first class.

Placed order paid in full then next day told my order was out of stock if an item is out of stock should be marked up as out of stock I wanted a few more things but after my experience I havent placed another order shame as the product look good quality

They were really good, had a bit of a glitch with the first attempt at delivery but the goods eventually arrived two days later, still in good time. Really pleased with the weights they sent me,they're wonderfully engineered and safe to use.

Quality build but not UK spec.
Quality of the build of this product, wall mounted plate rack is 5+ stars, however the bars options are referred to as Olympic or standard, so I ordered standard as I have standard weights, only to find out that my weights don’t fit the bars, Gorilla use the Euro standard 30/31mm and my weights are UK standard 25mm two different size centre holes so potential buyers please be aware. Gorilla customer service was good, delivery was good and the quality of build is very good so I would use Gorilla Sports again but not for weights or bars while I still own UK plates and bars.
