Our younger son borrowed my Gorilla Killa tweezer and he liked the quality so much so I told him he may keep it. Instead of choosing a cheap replacement, I ordered a Gorilla Tweezer because it is an excellent tweezer- precise and well made. You can’t beat made in USA quality.

Really well made. I’ve used their tweezers for years.

Tweezers are perfect. Took too long to arrive. Tried to track shipment but info was not available for whatever reason..

The tweezers are advertised as ultra precise, and they were not precise at all. I was away when the tweezers arrived so didn’t get to try them out for a while and by the time I realized they were not effective, it was just a few days after the 30 day return period. I wrote an email to the company and also wrote a note to them through their website requesting to return the tweezers. I never heard back from anybody.

I went online at Gorillazilla to order some as gifts and both the phone and email are bad. I'm hesitant to place an order since there is no way to reach anyone. I wanted to share them with friends.
I originally ordered a pair of rounded tip tweezers in 2019, they're the best tweezers I have ever used.
UPDATE: I found some other tweezers that look to be of excelent quality through "Germanicure" and am giving them a try . I can't with good conscience order from Gorillazilla due to lack of customer service or any online presence that is up to date.

My son has had these tweezers for a while so I tried them when I was visiting. I HAD TO HAVE THEM. I did not want to spend $25 but I have spent at least that much and more trying to find something that works as well as these. I learned my lesson and now I have a pair!!!!! They really are the best tweezers!

Fast shipping. Great product. 2nd pair I have bought. One for home that I’ve had for years (no rust and still sharp) and new one for work.

Adequate product: scissors cut well & rounded tweezers are decent, if used correctly

The product is fine but you take so long to ship. 🙄 geez.

Package never arrived. Ordered two weeks before Christmas. No stars would be more accurate.

I have not been shipped the item yet and no communication why it is taking so long. Just tell me what is going on. I usually don’t complain. Need better communication.

Your shipping clerk requires additional training ! The 1st clippers went on a trek around town because the shipment was addressed incorrectly. I have given you another chance because your merchandise is quality. Please double check the destination address, Brian Southard, 4024 Gold Mill Ridge Rd, Canton, Ga. 30114.

I ordered two tweezers and received only one. Calls are not answered and emails are returned undeliverable. There is no way to get a message to this company. Do not do business with this company unless you like getting ripped off.

Their email customer support isn't active. The phone number on their website just has a "busy" dial tone so that's not connected either.
My order says that it's in "pre shipment" for the last SIX DAYS.

So at this point I don't even know if I'm going to get my item or not. Never buying from them again.

Products are top quality.
This is my second set of scissors and tweezers.
I could not get by using any other set.

Not what I was hoping for, felt sticky after my shower.

The email address listed on their site is not working. Messages sent to it are returned as "invalid address".

Their customer support phone number links to a Google Voice phone. They don't return messages.

I would avoid this company.
