From the first phone call to Gorilla Accounting last August, to my regular communications with my dedicated accountant Matthew Shepperd,

I have found that all dealings have been clear, concise, friendly and very professional.
It was daunting setting up my Ltd Company, yes, I had to do some work and learn new systems, apps, business account etc, etc, but, Matthew was supportive, professional, patient, clear and direct, helping me feel comfortable and competent in an area that was previously unfamiliar.

My tax situation is not the most straightforward - as a company director, self-employed, with additional sources of income - and they have always handled everything with clarity, precision and genuine care.

What I particularly value is how clearly they explain things: they take the time to walk me through what’s at stake, how calculations are made and even show the workings so I fully understand the process. Any more complex queries are escalated within the team extremely quickly.

Tax season can be stressful, but this year in particular I was hugely relieved to know my return was being expertly handled. Many, many thanks to the team for their support! They’ve done an excellent job and continue to do so.

Great value for money, they don't increase their prices in Jan like others do. Efficient and fast. I was very happy with the service I received for my self-assessment.
