Non existent communication in the event of a problem.
I informed Gorgeous Shop that I had received a notice from Evri that my order had been damaged and was unable to be delivered. I included Evri's damage certificate. Apart from one automated response to my initial enquiry I have had no other contact from Gorgeous Shop. I paid by Paypal and was fortunately able to receive a refund through them but this appeared to have nothing to do with the seller. It seems they are great if all goes well but their communication is non existent if there is a problem. I won't be using them again!

Having investigated your order, we found that your parcel was unfortunately damaged in transit and was returned to us by the courier before it could be delivered.
Whilst this is something we and our delivery partners work hard to prevent, there are rare occasions where damage during transit does occur.
We understand this doesn't make the situation any less disappointing, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I am pleased with the offer that I received with this company. It was such a good offer that I needed to snap it up. I use the Redken acidic bonding shampoo and conditioner regularly anyway, but I went for this pack as it was too good to miss. It was lovely to receive several free products too.
