Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a plant for my mum back in May, they sent the wrong colour and refused to refund me when asked. They said to wait until mid Oct for replacement, then end of Oct, then mid Nov. Told them waiting 6 months is unacceptable, and requested for refund again. Then was told that I needed to send back the plant first before they can return my money, even though I offered back in May that I would like to return the plant as it was not the colour that my mum wanted. Had to go through my bank for claim. Plant has been returned to them and I’m waiting for outcome. What a waste of time. Will never use this company again.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience purchasing from this company. I ordered a specific rose variety but received the wrong one. Despite contacting the company multiple times to resolve the issue, I received no response and no refund. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. After reading other customer experiences, it appears that similar issues have occurred with others as well. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Wrong roses sent and no way to get a full refund.

Wrong roses sent, no response to my many messages and emails until I contacted my bank for help. Then the seller appeared and promised to send the correct replacements in Autumn. Now Autumn came and he says they don't have these roses any more so I can have either a partial refund (a bit more than a half of the price) or I should send the roses back and have a full refund. When I received the roses they were in a very poor condition and I put a lot of time and effort and money to nurture them back to life and health. Now they are large plants with huge root system and he is asking to sent them back. He says his "payment system doesn't let me return the money unless I get the roses back". What a smart payment system he has, it knows are returned back home safely.. Probably AI. Usually as a seller you just press the button "refund" in this situation.
Anyway, the seller might not like the word "scam" but it is what it is. He takes money, doesn't deliver and then puts people in the situation where they can't actually get their money back in full because they already spent a lot on growing those roses. He gets money and he gets new, now mature and healthy plants back. Well done, very smart. Still a scam.

No rose, no response to enquiries

Web site suggester roses dispatched next working day by 48hr Royal Mail delivery. The only thing I received was a text saying my order was accepted. No response to telephone - just hung up, no response to emails. After seeing other reviews raised a dispute via the bank to get refund. Don’t think I’d have received anything if not raised via the bank.

I have also been scammed by this…

I have also been scammed by this company, it took them 4 weeks plus and many emails to get my order. It was a bare stick when it arrived but now some months later has finally bloomed and is clearly NOT the rose I ordered and paid for. I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend people not to buy from them.

Don’t buy

First orders fine. Third order not delivered. You cannot contact by phone or leave a message. Don’t want to leave bad review as first orders no issue and maybe a one person start up but you have to be honest. You cannot take money and not deliver the goods. Will not use again.

Total SCAM

Total scammer. Wrong roses sent out. That’s if you even get them! Very dishonest business with NO customer service or communication. Had to go through the bank to get a refund.

Don’t order

Don’t order. They send wrong roses and customer service is non existent. Pay more money but order from known nurseries or breeders.

I waited for over a month for my rose…

I waited for over a month for my rose to arrive and when it did I was most disappointed. At this time of year (June) you would expect a rose of a decent size and even in bloom. What was delivered was an abomination. It was in a flimsy plastic container and when i took it out to plant it there was no growing roots. In fact, it looks like it has been hacked off an existing mature rose. I've potted it on but I'm not holding my breath....Never again!

Paid over £116 for a number of roses

Paid over £116 for a number of roses, 2 of the roses are completely dead, and although planted with others that are growing 2 have completely failed. Requested a refund of £35 and said I'd return them, the only reply I got was to say they were considering it. Have emailed a number of times for progress and got nothing. No refund and no further communication. Very poor customer service, would NOT recommend Gorgeous Roses. Look elsewhere
