Big scam!! No help bogus shipping information. Claims delivered!! Never happened! Tried to get my credit card reimbursed told me they have proof delivered check with neighbors or post office. Tracking number is nothing trackable by USPS!! Told me the shipping company is resposible for any refund. Refuse to give me the shipping company information!! WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN!! Buy through Amazon same product same pricing FB needs to remove all the scam artist on their site! They don't care either. Order was initited in November for a Christmas gift. Their customer service is just lip service!!! Zero help!!!

December 3rd I placed an order for Santa chocolate bars it is now December 29th They were guaranteed to be delivered by December 17th I have not received them

Chinese scam. Website is bogus. Scammer actually in China (check your payment recipient). Placed order two months ago. Tracking is a bogus outfit that shows "progress" for a time then goes stagnant for several weeks. Then it showed item as "delivered" which was not. Don't give these A** H***s your money.

I ordered some novelties onbthe 2nd of November, 2023 and as at 22nd of December they were still not delivered even though the courier company said it was delivered in the 19th December. The "customer service" department of Gorgeous-Flair are useless and were more interested in colluding with the corrupt courier service than in providing actual service. I will never order through this useless company again.

Ordered and never received they keep telling me it’s in customs, don’t waste your money you will never receive the product.
They should be shut down

This company's (technically "brightmeteor," supposedly somewhere in the United Kingdom) package "tracking" is a bogus website, probably run by the company itself. Still waiting for a novelty gift ordered from them, but repeated attempts to contact Customer Service result in a loop of generic replies, none of which contain useful or even reasonable information. Discovered only today that the tracking number they supplied does not correspond with ANY shipping company in North America, Europe, or Asia. Also, they refuse to provide information about with which company they supposedly shipped the product.

I have notified my bank of the dispute.

Waited 6 weeks for a delivery, was told it was delivered (put in a safe place) although there was 2 people at home, repeated emails and they can’t tell me who delivered the package, then sent me a generic delivery company’s site that costs money to talk to someone. Stay clear of this obvious scam site.

Very well packaged, came with some adorable tattoos and the hat looks great. Really excited to put my costume together!

I can't believe I found these at the price I paid but my son loves these shoes and people always tell me they are so cute

These shoes are really well made and very comfortable! Ended up buying another pair as that's a hard combo to fine in an affordable shoe. Highly recommend.
