Interesting that Gorewear get such bad…

Interesting that Gorewear get such bad review on Trustpilot really. Just ordered 4 items in their closing sale. All came quickly without fuss and good quality. I have ‘Gore bike wear’ (as it was) products from 18 years ago which are still in good shape and still doing the business when out in all weathers. Personally, it is a shame they are going.

I have recently bought several items expecting them to be nice. However the quality i terrible and does not cole close to the expectations. Their customer service has been absent. Nothing good to say... Hope you read this and steder clear as you very well know. There are plenty alternative 🧐

I was a little nervous ordering with Gorewear after seeing these reviews, but all went fine. The item was dispatched within a day and UPS's delivery was smooth. The recipient is pleased with the quality and design. I think the sizing is a little smaller side. Overall, very happy with the order. Many thanks!

I returned an item that was too big and…

I returned an item that was too big and was delivered on January 8, 2026. It is now January 12 and I sent an email asking when I can receive my refund and was told I should receive by January 20.

This is unacceptable and would not recommend buying from them again. They're the same as Craft Sports USA waiting forever to receive refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Excellent products let down by their customer services! I sent 2 products back due to being wrong size, didn't even bother to try them on as it was obvious they were too small, Sent them back in perfect condition, original labels and packaging and they only gave me a partial refund! Outrageous and theft! I will not settle until I get my full refund.

Love Gorewear products.

Fabulous service. Great products. I ordered a waterproof running jacket and it arrived a week later. It was too large so I returned it and ordered the correct size. A week later I've recieved the smaller size jacket as well as confirmation that my returns are being processed and a refund will be issued.

They f-ed up my orders and i never got a refund

I ordered stuff because the website said 3-5 business days delivery in the US. Then the confirmation email said AN ADDITIONAL 1-3 says of processing, so I placed a 2nd order with FedEx shipping. ANd email AND called them to cancel the 1st order. I got the "slow mail" order which i returned, and i never got the FedEx order , and all the emails to them are unanswered to refund me the money, orders 222803, 222810

Poor service and out of stock

The Site and Customer Service is so poor.
After 3 days from Order that have informed me that item is out of Stock! Cool!!! Best ever company!
During ordering, there was field for Packstation number. No rules how to fulfill, but finally, it was some mistake from my side and not for their side in fulfilling.

Gore wear sadly is not giving the refund. It’s been around 6 weeks now since I sent my return and they haven’t refunded. I strongly recommend to avoid buying from them!

Beware incredibly poor service when returning items

Wish I’d seen these reviews before! I’ve purchased lots of items from Gorewear previously and it’s true that ordering is usually a painless experience.

But be warned when returning items for any reason. I returned some running shorts because they changed the design (not for the better). It’s been over two weeks since the return was delivered and there have been no updates.

Contact with customer services just elicits a reply of “unusually high volumes” which is a complete nonsense of an excuse and usually a sign of poor planning or poor quality.

It’s easy enough to fulfil orders in a timely manner but the true measure of any company is how it deals with things going wrong. Gorewear falls well short and I will never buy another thing from them again.

As for my refund, if it’s not here by the end of next week I will file a dispute with my credit card, I suggest others do the same.

Very Dissatisfied

The trigger gloves I purchased were disappointing for four main reasons. First, they were very expensive and when they did not work for me, Gorewear refused my return request (even though it was within the 30 day period). Second, the fingers are separated in the mitten part of the glove, defeating the purpose of having the trigger gloves to allow the other fingers to warm each other. Third, the fingers are too long and so it is difficult to do anything with your fingers while riding. Fourth, I bought these gloves to keep my hands warm while bike commuting in cold, wet weather. They are not warm enough. One positive is that they do keep hands dry.

Surprisingly many bad reviews

Surprisingly many bad reviews. I bought a jersey and a bip. Accurate sizing, the kit looks and feels good, quick and precise customer support (via mail), and a fast delivery (once the package left the warehouse). No complaints whatsoever.

Awful service

Awful service, returned 2 items within timescale and original condition. After roughly 6 weeks, I have only received 50% refund with no explanation. Have emailed to understand why but no response. Have had to issue a charge back via my bank. Will be staying well away from Gorewear products moving forward.

Returned two items as directed

Returned two items as directed. Two weeks later they arrive back here as the deivery to Gorewear was Service Disruption Occured. I suspect the company is failing as they still owe me a £220 refund.

I would not trsut them. Something is not right.

Not serious site

Various messages have resulted in no action. I submitted my order on February and it was shipped 2 weeks later. The tracking shows it was sent to an another person in another place on 6th march. I’ve continued now to ask for a refund but have not had any communication from them. It has only been one direction me contacting them. They have contacted me by email just once!

Three messages and two phone calls have…

Three messages and two phone calls have resulted in no action. I submitted my order on January 1st and it was shipped on the 10th. The tracking shows it was returned to gorewear without ever making an attempt to deliver it. I’ve continued now to ask for a refund but have not had any communication from them. I had an issue with sizing

I had an issue with sizing. The chart suggested XL based on chest size but small for arm length. I always buy medium and have never needed a different size. I bought medium, but it was too small.

I contacted support, but they were slow to respond. Their suggestion when between sizes was to “buy two and send one back,” which is both unhelpful and the most expensive option.

The size chart suggests four different sizes, and there are no product reviews, no model sizing information, and no clear guidance. Support said they could provide actual measurements if I told them the item, but since I opened the ticket about a specific item, they already had that information. If they can provide measurements, they should just do so rather than making customers ask again and wait another 24+ hours.

I eventually bought a size up, only to find a new flat-rate shipping fee that was not there on my first order. When I asked support about it, the response was simply, “That is just how it is now.”

I bought the product because it seems high quality and fills a niche with no competition. But if I had another option, I would have taken it, and I would be reluctant to buy from Gorewear again in the future.
