We just recently signed on with an outsourced new marketing agency for lead generation only a week ago and we are unaware of the amount of emails that they are sending or if they were doing anything that is not compliant.
Your review is the first bad review we've ever received in a year and a half so I do appreciate the feedback I am sorry if you've received too many emails.
I will handle this right away and I would like to have a conversation if you don't mind so I can understand exactly what they are doing.
If they are spamming like that, I will cancel my agreement with them right away.
