I thought twice about using GoPromotional after reading some of these reviews but my experience could not have been better. Jacob was incredibly attentive, the products arrived in no time at all, were really good quality and the cheapest on the market. Would not hesitate to use again.

Ordered 100 25cm jointed Honey Bear With Hoodie for an event - didn't turn up when they said or per the date on the invoice. We're now 2 working days from the event and nobody at GoPromotional knows where the bears are and can't apparently get hold of their supplier. We have done a whole marketing campaign around giving these bears away at the event - so thanks for that.

Also, the invoice they sent was for £648, but they took a payment of £702 and refused to discuss until the sales person got back from holiday despite a clear email chain showing the invoice we were sent.

Ordered some bar runners to the tune of £500, after 3 weeks past the delivery date I enquired, fobbed off with excuses saying it had been delivered even though my CCTV said different.

Were in Leeds it wasn't until a lovely lady in WALES emailed me, she had them delivered there by mistake. The response of go promotional... it's not our fault.

Well it's certainly not my fault. Im now paying for a courier to bring it from Wales to Leeds as the other option was to send numerous emails with proof it wasn't my fault.

They are also a 3rd party, they said the other supplier didn't have any proof of postage due to Covid. These were ordered in 2024.

Fantastic service from initial enquiries to placing the order with Tom. Our event was on a tight timescale and the turn around time from ordering to delivery was exceptional. Superb service, highly recommend and compliments to Tom for answering all my questions and queries, an asset to Gopromotional. We will be using the company again in the future for our events products.

Order was late, then couriers messed up for 4 days consecutively. Go Promotional are not interested as just blame carrier. Paid on proforma invoice so they got the money and now not bothered. Avoid at all cost

Yes I ordered a shed on 28th June and it cost £40.29, it was there 75th anniversary and 87% off, do I know now I've been scammed, getting in touch with my bank Monday and get them reported.. scum bags.

Ordered a shed 6 weeks ago.
Received confirmation for receipt of the order via email.

Still waiting for delivery of the shed.

Paid for a Shed which hasn’t arrived I wish that I had read reviews not had any details or e/mails for delivery date a waste of £40.29. Will give a month and then I will be taking this further

AWFUL.

Ordered branded merchandise but they took it upon themselves to change the logo colour as they saw fit. Appalling after service.

One to avoid.

They did not deliver as promised and left me with less than 24 hours to find a replacement product. They did not even let me know of any issues, I found out when i followed up on the missed delivery date.
I work for a charity that received funding to provide a Christmas gift to our service users. We will never use this company again

Awful customer service after they sent 150 branded notebooks to us with a mistake - made by their staff. This wasn't picked up by anyone in sales, aftersales and we were charged the full amount for notebooks we couldn't use! They refused to correct the mistake and wanted to charge us again for production. Do not use this company ever. At no point did they help or try and correct the mistake.

Incredibly poor service. Poor quality product, poor customer service. Misleading information. Lack of duty of care and failure to find a considerate resolution to legitimate customer concerns.

Good initial call. They sent over a quote. I replied. The issues then began:
- Waited 2 weeks, but no reply. Emailed again, still no reply.
- I phoned. Initially no answer. I had to phone several times before receiving any email reply.
- I asked for a quotes on 500, they gave me quotes for 250.
- They then proposed to charge 2 delivery fees of £23-£24 each for 2 products (within the same order), which seemed rather strange to me.
- Finally, the website says "5 day turnaround" on my particular products, but actually... its 10 days!

Overall, not had a great experience.

Ordered some water bottles. We explained a deadline when the items were needed and we agreed a package with a turnaround time that supported this. Items never arrived, was told the courier had lost it, never got any tracking number despite asking for this. Items were over a week late from the deadline and it took me to contact them to query where they were several times. Asked for a refund and they refused. Got items a week later (past our event we planned to use them). Rubbish customer service, didn't understand our needs. Won't be using again.

Awful service. Paid for products upfront and only when I asked them to confirm the delivery time (on delivery day) did they tell me that they couldn't provide what I'd ordered. Now struggling to get them to provide a refund. Sadly I'm going to have to report them to trading standards.

Terrible service printed pens upside down! Absolutely no customer service will never use them again.

I received a quote whereby George in the customer service team promised that they have a price match guarantee.
So I found a company that was cheaper and asked him to match it. His response was "Unfortunately we cannot match this price from this company. All the best." With no explanation as to WHY.
When I pushed for a reason he said it was because the product from the other company was different. But I received samples from both and it was EXACTLY the same.
It's very disappointing to see they can't live up to a 'guaranteed service' they promise. I gave 2 stars as the customer service is very responsive - although ultimately didn't end up ordering.

Product that was produced and sent to me was completely different to what was discussed.

Having ordered black enamel mugs with a white text logo, we received a batch of white bugs with a black circle logo on (not our logo/ poor scale) scratched, marked and extremely poor quality. I am really disappointed and would like a solution having paid for these already!

George has not handled the feedback well/ without any urgency for the last 3 days. I would not recommend.

Molly at GoPromotional was very helpful. She helped us decide what we needed (cotton bags) and made sure our logo was perfect. Finished product was outstanding.

The entire process from quote, to invoice, to delivery went perfectly. I am very pleased and plan to use GoPromotional again in the near future.
