I ordered the leg and foot stretcher on twitter. I received it in a bag with no pictures or instructions on how to do the exercises. I had to order from amazon that included instructions and a travel bag for less than what I purchased from Gopo

Ordered 2 Leg Stetchers in early January 2023. The tracking info says it was delivered 4 weeks later. IT WAS NOT! I have been asking for a full refund. They won't give it. They keep resending the same computerized response. There is no way to call to speak to a human. You get lost in their artificial intelligence customer service program. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. INTERNET THEIVES IS ALL THEY ARE!

I ordered a dinosaur sweatshirt for my 3 year old grandsons birthday. Never received at all let alone in time for his birthday. I sent several emails and they sent the the intransit tracking number. Last information showed received at Hampshire Il post office on 9/13/21. I called Hampshire post office and an associate checked a couple of days in a row and item was never received at the post office. This is my post office less than 10 miles from me Last checked on 9/17/21.
Sent email back to Gopostore and they just advised me to check the checking the intransit information which I have already done. I asked for a credit and was advised again to check the intransit tracking.
I will not order form this site again!

Ordered a hoodie was not printed properly! Was told that I would receive a new one to replace it over a year ago. This was the person I was dealing with Thatcher from GogiStore Support Team. My order : Order GGSA-4501 never heard from him again. Very disappointed! Would have given no stars but it wouldn’t let me.

I bought a hooded sweatshirt with 3D printing Me-109. The sweatshirt itself is sewn very simply but the material is pleasant and the cut is very good, the print is also good quality and the colors almost match the pictures in the eshop. All my friends like it and that's why I'll be ordering more in future. Delivery time to Czech (EU) was 30 days.

Ordered over $400 in merchandise. Since it was a big order a lot of it was shipped from different warehouses. Also it was coming from overseas and during covid it took some time. After receiving all of the packages I realized we were missing 1 out of the 13 items orders. This is where I praise Gopo. Emailed customer service they did everything they had to do to reship the missing item with no questions asked. Very pleased how it was handled.

We ordered from their Dinosaur collection for our very enthusiastic son, who loves anything dinosaurs. We were hoping to receive before Christmas, but due to COVID, we got it late. That’s understandable. Anyways, now to the reason for the “one” star: they lack a quality control person. The sweater has misspelled “Future Paleontologist” into “Fututure Paleontontologist.” And the printing is right in the front; my son can’t wear it. But it will be a good conversation starter. LOL. We also order MATCHING mask, but it came in a purple color (his sweater is black); and the metal forming material that forms around the nose was placed in the chin. Like I said, no one checked the quality when they shipped. The zip up sweater is good quality and would wear it IF it had the correct spelling. The mask is .99 cent quality ( paid $15). I tried to reach out to them several times and I never got a call back or an email. I just contacted my credit card so they can take care of it. If you buy from these foreign countries (this comes from China) then you take a big risk. NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN!!

I ordered an all over print shirt for my son on Nov. 3rd. I recieved a tracking number within 7 days and was able to follow delivery throughout. Being from overseas, I expected a long delay, but it was delivered in just over 3 weeks. Item looks great. I would not hesitate to order again.

I placed an order on nov 7 2020 they said its been shipped i still havenot received it. I have read other reviews about this company they all say this company is a fraud im not to sure what to believe but if i dont get my order soon ill be rewriting a different review then this and if i receive my order ill write abetter review

This is an updated review following a more critical one. I have just received my replacement hoodie. Thrilled. I just didn't relise it was on its way. The Support Team are fantastic! Just do what they ask. Too easy.

After receiving a hoodie for my son that is too small they are unwilling to just exchange for a bigger size they want me to go buy several rulers and measure it, then send pictures of so measurements. Then they “decide if it can be exchanged”
This site is a joke and I wasted $50
My son is in love with his hoodie and now I have to pay another $50 if I want him to have one instead of just letting me return the one that is too small and sending the right size. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

My daughter just loves her wolf masks. She says they are comfortable and look awesome!

Very satisfied with my purchase. The quality is great and delivery was not long at all.

I ordered a 3D turtle hoodie.Then I came across the reviews,which were very bad.When I recived my order,omg totally wrong item.Started to worry as somebody mentioned this in review plus no luck futher.
But I got in contact with customer support and they responded immediately and YES,got my order and LOVE IT.The zip hoodie is gorgeous and good quality,just the sleeves r too long,but that can be fixed.

I was worried about dealing with this company after reading so many bad reviews but as of this morning I have received my sweaters and they are exactly what I ordered. I would deal with them again. The sizing is correct the pictures are what is advertised on the site. I am all around pleased with the product
