While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They now appear to have taken over the Translink Train Car Park for Lanyon Place. New Machines. Would not allow me (or many others behind me) to enter the car park at 06:35am for a 06:50 train to Dublin. Stated the Car Park was full - I could see multiple available spaces (at least 20). Noone answering the call button - rang out. No numbers to telephone. Cars behind me honking their horns to get in. Ended up missing the train even though I was there 15 mins before departure. I had to drive home, wake my partner at 06:50 am to drive me back to Belfast and drop me off for the next train. Cars still seemed to be having issues with entry then. Missed over an hour of my meeting in Dublin. Have used this car park regularly for over 10 years and now worried this is going to become a regular occurrence.
This company advertises email contact addresses but never responds to them, in fact the addresses do not seem to exist and result in an email non-delivery report after about a week. They also have a contact form on the web site, which also never gets a response—even though the submitter of the form gets an email message to confirm receipt of the message.
